Every ride pays you back
Collect stamps on the Ride Ladder, get 2% cashback when you ride more than twice a week, and spend points on airtime, data and food.

Meet your driver
See their name, car and plate. Give them your 4-digit ride PIN so you never get into the wrong car.
Pay your way and rate
MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AT Money, your Zola wallet or cash. Tips go 100% to your driver.

If your driver cancels
You get GH₵5 credit and we rematch you first. If you cancel after your driver has waited 3 minutes, they're paid GH₵5 for their time.

New drivers pay no commission for their first 30 days or 50 trips. After that it's 10% at most, and it drops as your rating and trips go up.

Questions parents ask
What if my child isn't ready at pickup time?
The driver waits up to 5 minutes and you get an alert. After that you can ask the driver to wait longer or cancel today's run in the app.
Can someone else collect my child?
Add approved guardians in the app. The driver only hands over to school staff or a guardian on your list, and you're told who received your child.
What happens on school holidays?
Pause your plan for the holidays in the app. You aren't charged for days with no runs.
Is it the same driver every day?
We match you with one regular certified driver. If they're off, another certified driver takes the run and you see their details before pickup.

Your courier confirms pickup with your PIN, so it only goes with the right person.
Delivered with a code
We text the receiver a 4-digit code. The courier can only finish the delivery with it.

The Ride Ladder
Every completed ride adds a stamp. At 5 stamps your next ride is 20% off (up to GH₵8). At 10 stamps it's 50% off (up to GH₵20), then your card starts again. Students get 2 stamps per ride.
2% weekly cashback
Take more than 2 rides in a week and Zola pays 2% of everything you spent that week into your wallet. It keeps adding up on every ride after that.
Zola Points
Earn 1 point for every cedi you pay. Unlock badges like Night Owl, Squad Goals and Pragya Pro along the way.
